Frédéric Chopin

The only known photograph of Frédéric Chopin March 1, 1810 – October 17, 1849 by Louis-Auguste Bisson (1814–1876). Chopin was born in the village of Żelazowa Wola, in the Duchy of Warsaw, to a French-expatriate father and Polish mother. He was considered a child-prodigy.
