The relief consists of 15 images and a clock in 5 rows of 3 columns. The clock at the top is surrounded by a gold zig-zag pattern and three broken circles. The images include from top left, sun rays pouring down from a clock and flanked by stars, a reclining male figure, a sea bird in flight above waves of water, palm trees, the first of 4 panels of buildings, a grouping of three figures, the second and third panels of building types, a sailing ship, the forth panel of building types, an eagle, a grouping of four figures, and a lion.
