Time Warner Center was developed by The Related Companies in New York City at Columbus Circle, by David Childs of Skidmore. Designed by Owings & Merrill, it consists of two 750 ft towers. Construction began in November 2000, following the demolition of the New York Coliseum. and was topped out on February 27, 2003.
